Try to attack the enemy laner always if you have your B skill up. Otherwise he would be able to poke you until you die. Build defense depending on the enemy team.

Midgame - Lategame Top

Join every teamfight. You Need to get into the fight right after the support and use your ult as fast as possible. Your the lifesteal of you Serpent Mask will be high enough to survive nearly every fight.
