The Build-notes Top

This build is superior to ALL other ozo builds i have seen, as it takes full advantage of his perk (he gets increased healing) with serpents mask, and fountain, which makes you a great team player, as you have aoe and team heals.It also has great damage, and therefore great lifesteal, and survivability, from defense and fountain, allowing you to get stronger and stronger from breaking point.

it has a perfect amount of attack speed to damage-you dont need much on ozo as most of his damage is from three ring circus. Tyrants monocle allows this to crit!

i will certainly add more to this build in future, in the meantime dont mind me while i spam to ensure this character count is sufficient to classify as a 'guide'.
