VG Item: Crucible

if your team is about to get the ablity verse of judgement by adagio if you block there is less damage

If you have dragon heart and reflex block you basically have the exact stats and passive, the only thing special about crucible is that it puts the two together for 500 gold. But the passive is spread between two other teammates so thats worth about 500 each(as if they all had reflex block but never bought oakheart) but because it's only on your teammates about half the time then it's worth 250 each. So this is a really efficient item in my option, 2nd after fountain of renewel.

From a simple, mathematical perspective, the active should be worth 900 gold to you for you to buy this item.

Not really though. No other item gives this much health. Shiversteel is close, but the active has a totally different purpose.

Still, if it doesn't sound like it's worth 900 gold, try just buying dragonheart at first.

Another good use is to block Adagio's ult Verse of Judgement to avoid the damage and the stun.

It blocks from all effects that are bad for you such slows stuns or silences. Its useful to block against krul's sword or Catherine's ult.

It basically blocks all abilities, and negative effects *I think* from items like, frostburn slow.

Not sure if I understand what debuff is here. Anyone have some examples of things it blocks? I would like to know when the right time to use this ability comes in.
