Chapter 5 - What heroes can use this guide?

Introduction Top

Welcome to my general purpose Critical Hit build/guide! In this guide, I will go into (semi)detail about what jungle monsters to take, some laning strategies and tips, gamemodes to use this guide on, reasons on why you should go Critical Hit, and what heroes are able to use this build/guide. I'd love for feedback as this is my first build/guide and I would love to improve what needs to be improved!

Chapter 1 - Jungling Order Top

This chapter will be reasonably short as it doesn't require much explanation.

You will follow the order alphabetically.
A-D
A = Wanna-be EXP Minions
B = Heal- I mean Tree Ent
C = EXP Minions
D = Tree Ent

Chapter 2 - Laning Tips/Strats Top

This section of the guide isn't required, but it's recommended from those who are just starting out. So you can skip this chapter without having punishments for not reading it in later chapters.

Laning Tip #1 (Ringo)
When playing as Ringo, I recommend Crystal Power (CP) as it's more viable in Ranked/Casual play than Weapon Power (WP). But it's also dependent on how you play Ringo. If you play him as more of a one-tap and run type of hero, then WP is the way. But if you want to help during Teamfights or kill a fleeing hero, CP is the way to go as his ult ignores all Shield and does pure CP damage.

Laning Tip #2 (Idris)
Idris is a versatile hero in the WP/CP sense as he can either be a ranged, pokey type of hero building CP or a bursty, mobile type of hero building WP. I personally love him when I build WP as I can dish out 300-600 per hit, and that's with a Tornado Trigger, so it's pretty frequent. Just make sure to build Chakram first, no matter if you're building Weapon or Crystal.

Laning Strat #1 (Gwen)
Whenever you have a feeling you're about to be ganked, you're probably right. This strat/tip is pretty simple and pretty obvious. When you use her A, , check the opposing side's bush, make sure to grab the entire bush in the range of it.

Laning Start #2 (Ringo)
I recommend, to save both energy and become more efficient at last hitting, to only hit low-health minions with a 1 to 0.8 second delay as to let Ringo initiate his firing animation.

Chapter 3 - Gamemodes Top

This chapter will be talking about which build is more effective in which gamemode.
Let's get started.

Gamemode #1 - Blitz
Idris; I recommend using Weapon Power (WP) as it is super powerful in early game as you get 9000 Gold. With this, you can buy then and finally,

Ringo; I, once more, recommend using WP. As Blitz is a gamemode devoted to fast paced, quick, teamfights and battles, WP Ringo is the way to go as it will benefit you more than Crystal Power (CP).

Gwen; Just like the reasons stated above, her passive works well with the Taka build I provided.

Ozo; I recommend CP, it can provide more of a supporty/damaging type of hero - which is always appreciated.

Taka; Exactly the same reasons as Gwen and Ringo.

Alpha; I recommend CP. CP allows Alpha to provide damage that is insane early game.

Gamemode #2 - Ranked/Casual
Gwen, Taka, Ringo, Idris, & Ozo; For all these heroes (With an exception of taka due to building Tension Bow instead of another defense item), I recommend building Crit. Ozo is a versatile hero since his A, can do critical's. The same reason goes for Gwen and Idris. While Gwen can deal out massive damage due to her passive, , Idris can be insanely fast and mobile due to the weapon portion of his Passive, . CP is recommended for Lane Ringo, as he can poke constantly with his A, .

Chapter 4 - Why Crit? Top

Most people overlook crit damage. For that, I don't know why. If I had 400 Weapon Power, and 100% crit chance with 100% crit damage, I would be doing around 400 damage with my basic attacks or abilities that can critically hit. The reason why I choose Crit Damage is because it's simply op. And when you pair it with Armor Pen, I usually do around 1027 to turrets. That's pretty insane seeing how at level 12 without defense items, Glaive has around 2k health. That means 2 basic attacks from me would kill Glaive. And I have a Tornado Trigger to boost my attack speed up to around 250%, meaning I attack 1.5 times per second. That's the reason why I chose Crit Damage/Chance.

Chapter 5 - What heroes can use this Guide? Top

To start off, I used 5 of the most overpowered (in my opinion) heroes with the general build. Sorrowblade, Tornado, 2 Tyrants, 2 Defensive/Utility items being the General Build. As Glaive, it doesn't work out since he's more of a Attack Speed or On-Hit damage hero. The same goes with Krul. You don't see people doing 6 Sorrowblades on krul since he can't dish that damage out fast enough due to having low base attack speed.

Here's a list of heroes that I found to work with this guild.
[*] Alpha
[*] Ozo
[*] Ringo
[*] Idris
[*] Taka
[*] Gwen
[*] Adagio
[*] Blackfeather
[*] Rona
[*] Vox

Those are just my examples, however, you can find others who work well with this guide. That's all I got for ya, thanks for reading!
