WARNING: THIS IS TOLD FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF A WINNING GAME. YOU WILL MOST LIKELY HAVE TO CHANGE ITEMS TO ACCOMMODATE THE ENEMY TEAM.
LANE -
This is my personal Skye build. For the Tier 1 section of items I get a Weapon Blade and 2 Halcyon Potions to start off with. I use the Weapon Blade because Skye has very little natural weapon power and I feel like she needs a little more "umpf" to be able to push the lane quickly and efficiently. After a little while in the lane, I usually go OOM (out of mana) and then I teleport back to the spawn. I regenerate my mana and buy a Crystal Bit, Energy Battery, Swift Shooter, and more Halcyon Potions if I need more (I usually keep 2 on me until I get and Oakheart or Dragonheart). I then return to the lane and resume my last-hitting and pushing. After a little while, I should have a decent amount of money or I have taken out the enemy's first turret. At this point I teleport to the spawn again and buy an Oakheart and start on the Tier 2 items.I get the Barbed Needle and Blazing Salvo, which will go towards a Bonesaw for a bit of weapon power and attack speed. I'll upgrade the weapon items first to keep the pressure on the enemy laner. I then upgrade the crystal items to a Heavy Prism and Void Battery, and I'll upgrade the Oakheart to a Dragonheart. I'll also get some Sprint Boots cause at this point (if we're winning) we should be pushing a lot and shortening those long trips from the spawn to the enemy's turret can mean the difference between winning and losing. I next go to the Tier 3 items. Again, I upgrade the weapon items first, making them into the Bonesaw. I'll get a Eve of Harvest from the crystal items and I'll start building towards a Shatterglass, but I almost never get it. I usually get to a Heavy Prism, but that's ok. I'll also get armor or shield depending on the enemy's build. I will try to get a Crucible, but I don't always get it. I'll also try to get some Journey Boots, but again I don't always get it.
JUNGLE -
Yes! I do jungle with this build and this character. As the guys at Superevil have stated before, Skye can chase like no other. She can also support a fellow jungler in a fight with suppressing fire by using her Forward Barrage skill. Same as the lane, but just in the jungle B)
