Your Role in the Team Top
As "Leader Catherine," your main job is to be... the leader of the team. If you play the game with this build, your job is to take charge and communicate efficiently with your team. Don't be afraid to use your pings, but don't spam and respond to any pings by your teammates. Also, don't spam frowning faces when your teammates screw up, as it will happen from time to time.
Your Role in the Early Game Top
In the early game, your job is to farm and stay alive. Your
Oakheart will let you farm in relative peace and stay alive in the event of a gank. It is for this reason that you get
Oakheart before
Ironguard Contract. You must always be doing something productive in the early game. If you're waiting for jungle camps to respond, go into the lane and hit the enemy lane hero with your
Merciless Pursuit to get your Panzer Faust stacks up, or if you have another teammate farming the jungle, stand close to them to get the bonus gold from the
Ironguard Contract.
When farming the jungle, always follow this tactic: Attack the bigger minion once, then activate
Stormguard immediately. If done correctly, when the shield wears off, both minions should die in one hit. This method will have greater payout once
Ironguard Contract is bought.
Your Role in Teamfights Top
With this guide, you act as a hybrid aggressive tank and support. You should initiate the teamfights, and make yourself the biggest target for the enemy. While they focus on you with all your defensive items and abilities, your teammates can safely attack in relative safety. If you spot an enemy breaking away from you to hit your teammates, stun him. Remind him that
you are their primary target, that
you require all of their attention. With this build, since you are acting as tank, don't be surprised if another of your teammates get most of the kills you did the work for. In the end, you really don't need them.
On a final note, your main goal if your health falls to low is to RUN. You should never die more than 5 times in a 30 minute game. Even if your teammates get mad at you for leaving the teamfight, your life takes priority.
