Adagio Without help Adagio is cake. Just be sure he doesn't kite you to a turret or his allies.
3
Glaive Most players are unable to properly use Glaive, capitalize on this and make him a cash cow for you and your allies.

6
Joule Taking on Joule at any point by yourself is a bad idea. On the other hand, if you can kite her to an ally and get to her backside, she's much squishier.
6
Petal Running away from a well weapon specced Petal is pointless. Definitely someone you want assistance with towards the late and end game. Newer Petal players will be much easier all game long.
6
Catherine Jump in the fray only AFTER her bubble is down. Good Catherine players will kite you to her allies or turrets, don't let her.
7
  No Threat
8
Ringo Much easier during the early game, Ringo becomes a nightmare for us Koshka players when he gets the jump on us in the late game. Make sure to interrupt his ultimate with yours, Yummy Catnip Frenzy.
9
Koshka An all offensive build enemy Koshka is going to be hard to beat. This build focuses more on staying alive, not solo kills.

Complete Guide for Koshka Top

Check out my Complete guide (that I will be using as my main post from now on) here.

At her finest Top

Kosher really is at her finest with either Joule or Catherine as an initiator. More skilled Koshaka players than me can get kills and live without as much defense items, but as I poked madly at my iPad in vain, I decided taking a more heavily armored Koshka into battle would allow me to actually be a more useful team player.

Pros:
  • More survivability than most builds for Koshka.
  • Excellent for being a strong team player.
  • Spend less time at the base.
  • Burst your enemies down quicker than any other character.
  • This build will annihilate anyone of a lower skill level than you.

Cons:
  • A bit more reliance on team members during team fights (not that you're formidable, but your damage output is slightly diminished because of the defensive mind set of this build).
  • Koshka is squishy - there's no way getting around it. If a decent player gets the jump on you, it's going to take some skill getting out alive.

Post how well this build worked for you in the comments! I love feedback :)

Threats and being Threatening Top

No enemy is really a threat if you play Koshka with wit. If you know you can solo an enemy, do it! There's nothing better than getting a "You're Kind of a Big Deal".

One of the best ways to get that is to find enemies with less than full health battling an ally, jump in and gank them like it's going out of style, and go back to chasing squirrels.

While Koshka loves to be the cat in the game of Cat And Mouse, she's like a spoiled 5 yr old when it comes to being the mouse. She lays on the ground, playing dead, demanding everyone starts over so as to let her win.

This is why we must use Aegis/ Metal Jacket. Depending on who your opponents are will determine if you need more Shield (for crystal heavy enemies) or more Armor (for weapon heavy enemies).

Keep an eye on where and what your allies are up to. As a Koshka player you need to be able to jump in to surprise your enemy - and your teammates - with a swift kill.

Getting out Top

You got in, assassinated your target and now it's time to get out. Pop that Halcyon Potion and your Travel Boots. Even with allies, you will still be the highest priority target. You're squishy, low on health, and most likely everything is on CD. Don't give the enemy a free kill - get out of there.

Item Choices Top

Your first tier 3 item should always be Frostburn for any Koshka build, and most will have Aftershock as the next end game item to get. Koshka just isn't a threat if she doesn't first and foremost focus on offense.

Once you've established that your a high threat (by mid-game), having Sprint Boots or Travel Boots to freely move around the map will be a blessing. The added health and health region of Travel Boots are some of the first defensively minded items in your arsenal.

Please don't actually get a Minion Candy, it is just a place holder for your first tier 3 defensive item. As stated above, bring up the score to see how your opponents are playing and pick Aegis or Metal Jacket accordingly. You should be a lot less squishy now.

Grab the Crucible or Shatterglass depending on how the match is going. If it's evenly matched go with the Crucible; pick up Shatterglass to help push into your enemies' base.

Oh! I almost forgot, Clockwork is for even more offensive and skilled players than I, or if the match is horribly one-sided in your favor, this a good 6th slot.

~ Some notes ~ Top

~~I left Taka, SAW, and Krul off the threat list because I have yet to play against them and do not wish to mislead anyone on their lethality to this build.

~~I hope this build helps newer Koshka players become more comfortable playing in the Halcyon Fold.

~~I will answer/respond to all comments :) or you can find my in game or on twitter with the user name on here (wolf_hands).
