Adagio Honestly, Adagio isn't that threatening. Time your Heliogenesis right, you can do enough damage to get away safely.
3
Glaive Ive had Glaives come up by my turret and stun me followed by a SAW's surpressing fire. Stunning the Glaive you SHOULD be able to get away without him chasing you.
3
Petal Petal's munions can be easily killed by Heliogenesis, then you can get close enough to throw a Core Collapse + Heliogenesis combo.
3
SAW Weapon SAW isn't that big of a threat under ONE condition. If he has any stacks of spin up, you're dead. Unless you have Metal Jacket. Early game, just hide in the bush until Surpressing Fire is gone, then stun him and throw down a good Heliogenesis.
4
Ardan Isn't Ardan annoying? Well it is to this Celeste build I'll tell you that.
4
Koshka Many, many Koshkas have attacked me, and many many koshkas have backed off after stunning them then tossing down a Heliogenesis. But beware the Aftershock!
4
Ringo WP Ringo isn't that big of a deal, if you're at low health I advise last hitting from the turrets and not retreating to base.
5
Catherine Constant stunning and silencing? No thank you. If you see her running at you you can stun her, but if she has her shield on you're going to have to stop there as heliogenesis will backfire on you.
5
Joule Fight Joule with a team. Never fight her alone, as you WILL die. Unless you have max stun, you may have a chance. That's why it's not any higher in terms of threat level.
5
Krul Krul is a pain. Don't fight him alone unless he has a wack set, but that probably won't happen as people know how to use Krul, obviously. Beware attacking alone.
5
Rona I haven't seen Rona a lot yet, but from what I've seen, you need to take some precaution when fighting her as she can easily spin and what not.
6
Fortress You are a squishy laner. Unless you decide to go with Aegis/Crucible I do not recommend staying fighting a Fortress, unless your team is with you. Or you're chasing it down with Heliogenesis.
6
Vox As squishy as you are, WP or CP Vox are a bit of a problem. WP usually builds Tension Bow, and CP Vox's Alternating Current outmatches yours. So it's a lot of extra damage for such a squishy hero.
7
Ringo Crystal SAW and crystal Ringo are identical. They both come super close to outclassing you. But with strategy and teamwork, they won't be as big as a threat.
7
Skaarf Skaarf early or late game is a problem for Celeste. As well as you, he also utilizes crystal power super well.
8
Celeste I've never seen a more annoying battle than Celeste vs. Celeste with this set. Celeste may be the biggest threat in the lane, other than crystal SAW.
8
SAW Hehe... Crystal SAW will destroy anyone who he sees. BUT don't be TOO afraid. You CAN stun his knife attack, and maxing it will allow you to get away faster as he has terrible movement speed.
9
Taka I mean... Taka is invisible half of the game anyway right? You'll never see HIM coming, unless you spam literally everywhere with Heliogenesis.

Things you should know Top

1. I chose to max Core Collapse because I wanted to go in that sort of direction. So I thought of some items to compliment that a bit, and Alternating Current + 1.5 second stun + Heliogenesis and Clockwork work really well together, you'll be able to pull of 2 Heliogenesis because you'll get the Supernova as they're escaping (hopefully).
2. Yes, I may or may not have overestimated the threats. You need to be a decent player of Celeste with practice and skill to not make the threats so high. I'll probably get hate now. But whatever, this is my history as this character and this set, so this is my experience in terms of threats.
3. Check. Every. Bush. Yes, you will have to check every single bush on the map, but max Heliogenesis helps you with that so you're good! It's for safety purposes, if you do you'll thank me later.

Situational Items Explanation Top

Metal Jacket; Well, if you find yourself taking too much weapon damage, this item is the way to go. Isn't THAT effective against Tension Bow or Bonesaw very much, but at least you'll live longer than getting absolutely destroyed.

Aegis; Well, this is like the Metal Jacket. I know right it surprised me too. Anyway, you'll want this in a Celeste vs. Celeste fight, a crystal SAW, or just buy it because you want to show you have money. Is not very effective with Ringo's ultimate, which does true damage (ignoring shields), or Broken Myth.

Fountain of Renewal; I chose this item in case you were going low on health (obviously). It also helps your team, so that's a plus! Paired well with Aegis or Metal Jacket.

Broken Myth; So you know that annoying moment when you look into the scoreboard and you see an Aegis? Well, Broken Myth will null some of that. Shield pierce allows you to do more work to the team. Pairs really well with another Shatterglass.

Shatterglass; Well, who knew? I chose Shatterglass for one reason. MORE DAMAGE! Who doesn't need more damage?

Crucible; When you're facing, let's say a Ringo, you're going to need this. It helps your allies really well, and it gives YOU health. YAY HEALTH!

Eve of Harvest; When you're doing as much as you ARE doing, you'll need some health. Why not combine Crucible with crystal lifesteal? For more lifesteal, just mix this with another Shatterglass and watch as you consume your enemies whole with your Heliogenesis.

Core Item Explanation Top

Clockwork; There is no set on Celeste that can go without a Clockwork. Clockwork is utilized on Celeste perfectly. Early game it also gives you some nice energy recharge, which allows you to cast your Heliogenesis at a slow, but acceptable pace.

Alternating Current; I was sitting playing Vainglory one day and I thought, I should make an Alternating Current Celeste set. So this is what I started with. of course, Journey Boots, Clockwork, and Shaterglass HAD to be on it. But I didn't know what order. So, being the reasoning man that I am, I quickly chose Clockwork first because it's relatively cheap, then I moved onto Alternating Current.

Journey Boots; Let's face it. What hero doesn't benefit from Journey Boots? Exactly!

Shatterglass; With an Alternating Current comes Shatterglass. Because, you know, damage and all that jazz.
