Double tyrant's monocle and a tornado trigger has a good great damage. But it is no use to an enemy who has a good lifesteal like reim, or ozo. So you have to replace them both with attack speed. More like, Sorrowblade, Tornado Trigger, Breaking Point, Bonesaw, Poisoned Shiv. And if you want to stay longer in battle but your hp is always low when battling. Change to poisoned shiv to get more attack speed and some lifesteal or serpent mask to get big amount of lifesteal and some nice attack power too

Block is necessary if the enemy has a disablers. Like stuns, silence, root, etc. or if you want to be alive longer when battling 1vs1. Just improve. If your enemy is have a burst damaging skills. Just use Slumbering Husk then. And if you have enemy jungler like idris, glaive or blackfeather who has an ability to pierce through your captain and instantly targeting you, just maim them. But if enemy jungler has high attack, and not have much attack speed. Then use Metal Jacket Instead. And if you're sure your captain will block every single disabling effects that come to you. Switch to Breaking point for great damage or poisoned shiv for extra lifesteal
