Grumpjaw can make a lot of damage through sustained fights and still be tanky enough to live and at the same time help to keep your allies alive.
Stormcrown is a great early game item, Storm crown gives you faster jungle clear time and the damage it can do and combine it with Grumpjaw's B.
Breaking Point and
Bonesaw is a great item for this build, because the build will help you gain more damage during sustained fights and since you are tanky enough to be able to max out your stacks.
Fountain of Renewal is very important so it's a must have around mid game (or late game if your roamer does build it sooner). You will be able to not just keep yourself alive during teamfights but also help your whole team, think of yourself as an emergency roamer.
Metal Jacket is basically just to make you more tanky.
Shiversteel is a good alternative because it makes you more sticky and your "A" Ability is on a fairly long cooldown so you can't just close the gap as often during chase.
Stormcrown early in the game and the Gold mine is almost full or full and you have vision on the enemy team and if you feel like they're gonna be there for a while you can take the gold mine alone because you're fairly tanky because of your passive
Living Armor And counter jungle a lot in the early phase of the game.
