The New Weapon Kestrel v2.0.2 Top

Before we had this patch kestrel didn't need a Tornado Trigger to boost up her Attack Speed Because she already has a really fast basic attack BUT since the update 2.0 Kestrel's Attack Speed went downhill
Thats why i added the tornado trigger on this build so that you can still have that feeling of the older version kestrel it may not have the damage of the double tyrant monocle but still this build is more faster and still can give out an amount of damage you need to kill enemies.
