Kestrel Hybrid build Top

This is a glass cannon build for kestrel. She will deliver a lot of damage but won't be able to take a lot. Her and relies on both weapon and crystal damage, so hybrid builds are best for her. The build has a Shatterglass and Halycon Chargers/ Clockwork so that she can abuse her Active camo, allowing her to stay invisible forever. The weapon power is there so that she can easily escape from sticky heroes like Taka and Krul without a cooldown from the active camo.
