Early game is really important for bf, he is squishy and needs farm, so try to build more defense at first in case you want to gank or if team fight breaks out. Towards mid game you should have your SM as well as one tier 3 defense item of your choice. You will really start to kick butt once you have these items, and after you build a tornado trigger, you will be unstoppable!

Make sure you be patient while playing BF, wait to see enemy positions and hide until you are ready to engage. You should usually take out their carry first and always ignore tank. It is best so that you are out of sight when team fights are about to break out, hide in bushes. Look for carry and assassinate carry. You can use your ult to position yourself which is very important.
