My First Guide Top
Celeste was my main on my early vainglory days, For now I rarely use her because of hard enemy compositions. But when you play Celeste on early tiers like tier 1-4, its somewhat easy because of her op AoE damage. This is my first guide that I made in my entire life so I hope ya'll enjoy it, and atleast learn something in my guide.
Talking about Celeste Top
Celeste is a hero with simple mechanics, but whats hard about her is her skill delays, every skill needs timing(even her basic attack is slow lol). In order for her to work well you have to think more advance, like predict where your enemy is heading and land a A-B-A combo there, then bam! you almost took out half of your enemies health or maybe more than a half.
Lets talk about her abilities:
Passive: Julias Light - Her basic attack gains a cp ratio in it,which means that her basic attack deals cp damage. Hitting an enemy with your Basic attack will mark vision in them, making them visible for a short duration(even if they go in a bush)
1st(A)
HeliogenesisHeliogenesis - This is your main skill, this is the skill that annoys your enemy.
Celeste summons a star in a specified area, dealing AoE damage in a small area.
casting a star in an area with an existing star will cause the star to supernova.
Making the star go supernova will make the star explode in a bigger radius, dealing heavy AoE damage on the area. Placing a star in a bush or an area grants her small vision in that area, but when in a bush, it grants vision to the whole bush you placed it on. Overdriving this ability grants her to land her A in an even further radius.
2nd(B) CoreCollapse Core Collapse - Celeste casts a stunning core in a specified area, stunning enemies inside it. It only deals low damage and does require timing.
3rd(UlT)SolarStorm Solar Storm - Celeste unleashes a barrage of stars in a direction. This is a global skill which means that the stars will travel the whole map until they hit a target.
The leading star(the one in the middle) will penetrate trough anything it hits and the side stars(stars on each side of the leading star) will detonate on the first hero or structure it hits.
Each upgrade of this skill add more side stars to the storm and makes it stronger.
Everything you need to know (Early game - Late game) Top
Now for the tactics.
Celeste is a very fragile carry, but if played properly she can deal massive damage to her foes, making them fallback to their lines. The AoE in her skills makes her a great hero to dish out enemies when they stack together.
This gives DragonEye a huge advantage since you can deal plenty of cp damage in one A.
EARLY GAME
Celeste needs care and thinking, when facing an enemy with assassins or sticky heroes, make sure to keep your distance. early game you have to conserve your energy(mana), because you wont be able to use your A if so. Set up a perimiter, place them in bushes near you before you go towards them to avoid ganks.
Focus on your cs and your exp, because Celeste will need her overdrive in able to be played easy.
MID GAME
Almost same as early game, stay safe and be aware. Once you get your
Clockwork and your overdrive, you can start spamming your A anywhere. Feel free to set up a perimeter around you so once they get close you can cast a supernova at them. Mid game means getting stronger, getting stronger means stronger enemies especially the assassins. Remember to always keep your distance for your safety.
LATE GAME
Full build, Max level, you got everything you need. Get ready for epic teamfights, take advantage of your overdrive and stay behind the jungler and the captain. You can be afar from them because of your overdrive. Just remember to stack up your Dragoneye so you can easily dish out your foes.
Thanks for reading my celeste guide! If you guys liked this guide please let me know the next hero im gonna make a guide on. Goodluck on the fold! and also on the rise! ;)
