I add a second build in case your allies is not a very good player, you need to balance the catherine on offense and defense, hence, Aftershock. You can make Aftershock 1st before Fountain of Renewal if you think your allies can't score a kill. Warhorn is a mandatory item to make 1st, as it helps you gather the dough to make the rest of item. Still 2 Clockwork, because you still need to be the tanker, stunner, and silencer for your team, it makes you able to spam skills, and increase your armor from the heroic perk.

Buy Ironguard 1st to help farming. The 1st skill to take depends on your allies, if they want to invade enemy jungle, take Merciless, or Stormguard to jungle. Make sure you attack the creeps at jungle 1st then let allies kill it, or help lane get kill.

Make sure you max Stormguard 1st to get the cooldown faster for team fights.

You are not so tanky early game so don't get into team fights for long.

Rush for fountain of renewal, so if the Stormguard duration ends, you have a way to regenerate yourself or allies. Keep farming in jungle with allies and help lane.

By around this time, make sure you have Clockwork , 2 if you can, it makes the Stormguard cooldown into 2 seconds!!! Yes, your primary defense skill, will have 2 second cooldown, now you can go in and out of battles with ease, you might even get some kills from this skill from the deflection and burn damage. But your purpose is to tank, so don't count on getting kills so much

Go for Contraption, this is a good late game item, to scout for kraken and discover hiding enemies, then the last optional items depend on your enemies. you should know what to do now, get in a fight with Merciless, then Stormguard on, if the duration ends, fall back or use Fountain of renewal and Stormguard on again, keep stunning and silencing enemies.
