Phinn's natural defence is strong enough so you won't need many items to serve your defense. Focus on who is killing your heros the most and build to their needs and if you start to get killed a bit yourself deactivte the threat as needed if possible. In all, this build should serve excellently as a team captain should be used. If you like to scope out the send before your team the contraption is a must. And if none of the enemies are building stack speed (which should never be the case) build a Metal Jacket instead of Atlas Pauldron. The defence from the Metal Jacket will help improve your Polite Company ability. Good luck and have fun.
