The Domination Taka Guide Top
Hello! I am DreamerSky, coming up with another guide this time about Taka, the sly and speedy assassin. This guide relies on the basics, strategies, and helpful information to revv up your gameplay as Taka. Hope you'll enjoy!
Taka's Basics Top
Taka has a variety of skills that are based on swift movement, making good for escapes or chases.
Taka's Skills
HEROIC PERK
House Kamuha
This perk gives Taka a critical hit within an amount of time after using a skill or another critical hit, when max stacked, it goes forever until something is not hit in an amount of seconds. This helps improve Taka's damage constantly, it provides a slice of extra damage especially against squishy heroes.
Kaiten
Taka does a flip over the target while dealing damage. The most strategical part of this skill, is that you can dodge attacks when the flip is timed right. I will talk more about this in the next part.
Kaku
Taka hides in a box, being invisible for a short amount of time. This skill is extremely useful for quick escapes, ambushes, or speed boosts. I'll speak more about this in the next part.
X-Retsu
Taka carves an X through the target while dealing crazy damage. The most advantageous component of the skill is that its cooldown is low, but it takes a lot of energy. This is relies mostly on
Crystal Power. It can be used in many ways. Again, I will talk about this in the next part.
Taka Strategies Top
As I said before, ALL of Taka's skills have a way of being strategical, so let's start it off.
Using
Kaiten to dodge is a skill to master. It is very useful, I can tell because of my experiences. Once, I was battling a Celeste alone, she decided to use her ult, but then I timed my
Kaiten, resulting in a wasted ult and her death, yes, I was not damaged at all. This applies to
X-Retsu as well, but at a slower speed of juking. Phasing through your target will cause their attack to miss. This works against all
DIRECTIONAL PLACEMENT HEROES and against some
TARGET LOCK RANGED HEROES.
There are many strategies for using
Kaku, some are:
A. Using it for a quick sure escape from a menacing enemy or when you're hurt.
B. Using it for a surprise ambush.
C. Using it to travel to the next bush that has enemy heroes in it to initiate a battle.
D. Using it to fool the enemy.
There are also some other ways in using
Kaku but there are also ways to troll your enemies with it, for example, you are being chased by an enemy, you can activate
Kaku and move forward away from your enemy at a faster rate while invisible. Now this is what most
Taka players do, I think this is not a good way of going on because the majority of enemies will most likely take the path in front of them, the direction your heading, so when your
Kaku wears out, they will still catch you. My way of using
Kaku is by activating it and then heading toward the enemy, and pass opposite the direction they're heading for, this way, they will go opposite your direction, and you will completely juke them. Then you can retreat. Another good strategy for
Kaku is retreating while invisible. When you are being chased, tap
Kaku and if you are still visible, wait for a second, then tap home even while in the midst of your chasers. You can go home while invisible, in the middle of the enemies. This could be risky though, against enemies with flare guns, or enemies with
AOE skills like
Celeste or
Catherine
