Don’t be too aggressive. Though he got buffed a whole lot this update in my opinion, he still isn’t that op. Play safe, farm as much as you can and get some kills so snowball if possible. If you do so, and you get some advantage, you will completely rekt enemies, whether tanks or anything else. Always max A and ult, tho you can max B if u want instead of ult. I went for a pretty old build, tho I tried it in rank and shredded everyone, almost 1v5 (Killed 4, last one low). Aegis for stuns and those ( if no stuns, no need ). I really recommend the slumbering husk. Btw you can’t 1v3, 1v4, or 1v5 (maybe 1v2 if u ahead) if you’re enemies have strong heroes and are decent, tho if they not max health and you feel confident enough, run maybe using A if needed, use b in whatever you see(minions also ok) and use ult to stun. If u have decent teammates that help you if you dive in, then just do it.
Always max A first. I prefer maxing ult instead of B, tho maxing B is also ok.

It’s mainly a sustain build, and if you get early advantage, you’ll be unstoppable.
Usually serpent, but poisoned shiv is also good depending on the situation (f.e. against healers, other sustain heroes...). For third item (I dont really recomend 4 damage items, but again, it’s my opinion), I’d say usually sorrow blade, and depending on the situation bonesaw or even tension.
Journey boots to get to target faster (war treads also ok).
