Lance [[Lance]], while not as threatening as Phinn, can still be a big threat in a well coordinated team, with a root, large chase potential, a stun, a push ability and a large Melee range, this hero can give you a lot of trouble.
10
Phinn [[Phinn]] is increbly dangerous to you. His kit is an absolute nightmare to deal with in a coordinated team. His perk lets him walk through the first wave of missiles from death from above without getting stunned, his pulling abilities make it much, much easier for coordinated teams to kill you, and his slow/stun can completely negate you escape advantage.

Play Style Top

With this build, you want to be playing a jungle position, as this set is very good at ambushing. With this build you can position yourself where've you want and it won't effect the effectiveness much. You want to first shoot them with lock-on, then suri strike to them, then forward barrage away, using the speed boost from lock-on, and try to get them to chase you. If you are near your team, you can either put tons of damage into the enemies as they attack your teammates from afar, or if they chase you the your team can put in easy damage while you slow, deal damage to and run away from an enemy. On the other hand, if you are far away from your team, then you can attack from a different angle, then draw out one or even two people, and then you leave your team in an even or advantage fight, and if you play well, you win most 1v1s in the game, and then you can come back and clean up the rest of the team.

Item Choices Top

Frostburn- This is the most core and important item on the build. This item has amazing synergy with Skye's kit. After you land a single shot of forward barrage, landing the rest becomes way easier and simultaneously makes it much harder for enemies to attack you, as the slow and your speed boost from lock-on make it incridibly hard to catch up to you. It works well with Suri strike by letting you easily land the missiles which can do crazy burst damage. It also pairs well her ultimate, as the natural slow stacks well with the frostburn.

Clockwork- This item is very useful for Skye, as all of the boosts work incredibly well with Skye. The energy capacity and regen allows Skye to spam her abilities freely. The ability cooldown also stacks well with suri strike's secondary effect of reducing barrage's cooldown, which if you use the full channel time of forward barrage, you can infinitely use abilities. The 30% crystal boost makes frostburn very close to a shatterglass, allowing you to do damage even before you get your broken myth stacks up.

Broken myth- The final core item gives you some very useful buffs. The shield piercing allow you to more easily break through people building heavy shield. The Crystal bonus is also a nice boost, giving you 200 initial Crystal power with the other items. Finally, the stacks that build up well compliment the play style of this build, as if they chase you, the damage build up will make cleaning up incredibly easy, and if they try to just poke you down and then commit, they will take a lot of damage very quickly.

War Treads- While some might prefer Journey Boots over these, I find that the extra HP, combined with the ability to speed boost your way out of trouble gives you a good chunk more survivability, which can be very useful for surviving the first couple hits you are going to take before you dash off.

Aegis/Metal Jacket- These items are here for a very simple reason, which is so that you don't die immediately, before you can start to get away.

Crystal Infusion- This item should be your final item, as you should be able to get one between every major fight. If you are going to change any part of this build, this would be it, if you prefer a different item or don't want to have to spend money between every fight to keep this item up, then switch it out.
