Intro Top

Hello and thank you for reading this. This is my opinion and build on CP Taka. If you have suggestions please put them down below. During your farm get potions and flares. If given the option to get two potions get one and a flare. The reason for the flare instead of the second potion is because your Kaku can be used just like a potion. Use the flare when looking for a Gold mine steal or when checking a bush. Early game play Taka somewhat cautiously. If you get caught out use Kaku. I recommend doing full ganks once you have your X-Retsu or one you get your Aftershock. For early ganking I recommend starting with Kaiten and use the Aftershock for more dmg. If they don't die from that pull away immediately this will be easy to do because you will have the speed boost from your passive. After the first one either stay in the bush and try again or if they recall, help push lane. In mid game you will be on fire. You will have X-Retsu which is great. At level 8 your Kaiten will no longer cost energy so I recommend ganking then. You want to enter with X-Retsu and finish with Kaiten.

Defensive Item Top

The four defensive items I give you are Crucible, Atlas Pauldron, Aegis and Metal Jacket. The reason why I give you 4 choices is because in a game you will need to sometimes switch things up to work well against the enemy team. Use a Crucible if there are stuns and nukes(Adagio, Koshka and Kestrel). Use Atlas Pauldron if there are Weapon carries that rely on fast attacks to kill(Ringo, Krul and SAW). Use Aegis if you are up against someone who had high single burst ability damage(Ringo, Cathrine and Reim) or good poke with abilities(Celeste, Kestrel and Skaarf). Use the Metal Jacket if they are a burst weapon carry meaning they only use a few hits to kill(Blackfeather, Glaive and Joule). The way you know which damage type to defend is by looking at the scoreboard. If the enemies WP Ringo is 9/1/3, the Phinn 2/5/6 and the CP Koshka is at 4/6/2 then you should block the Ringo. In casual games you may find teams that have a CP laner and a CP jungler. If this is the case then you should block CP. If you are at complete stalemate and have no idea then go for the Crucible or the Atlas Pauldron. The only time you shouldn't go for a Crucible is when one of the enemies have an ability that deals damage based on the targets health. Use the Atlas just as you are entering X-Retsu because the small charge time for it will be used during the jump.

Crystal Item Top

The three crystal item choices I give you are Shatterglass, Frostburn and Broken Myth. Get a Shatterglass if you don't know what to get or if you want tons of damage. Get a Frostburn if you are against slippery opponents(Koshka, Kestrel and Glaive) the slows will make sure they don't get away. Get a Broken Myth if you don't know what to get. This is similar to the Shatterglass in the sense that it will make you deal tons of damage but it is more of a "high risk, high reward" item. Like in the previous chapter this item choice is up to you and you need to be very adaptive when making the choice.

Prolouge Top

Thank you for reading this build/guide. If you think something is odd please say so. My username in Vain is lightningasher so if you would like to add me you can. I am not a great player(I know that) but this build is meant to be my opinion.
