 Joule Weapon or Crystal, she has high burst damage with either, so Catherine's deflection damage can harm Joule quite a bit and also Catherine's stun can stop Joule's ultimate easily.

Catherine: A power house Top

Catherine is quite the powerhouse if you purchase the right items. This build might not sound useful, but with lots of experiences with her, my final saying is that most of her support comes from abilities. With all this cooldown for her abilities, her true form comes out, non-stop stuns, deflections and silences. With that, there is also an extremely powerful damage boost to her abilities with the Aftershock and the Stormcrown. So to finish off, this will make the ultimate Catherine and make her unstoppable as a roamer.
