Protector or attacker??? Top

This build is the best of both worlds when it comes to protecting and attacking. You get a substantial amount of crystal damage and you also get very quick cool down for your protective abilities.

Lane or jungle??? Top

I highly recommend to jungle most of the match but don't be afraid to go into the lane to help your allies.

Why a alternating current? Top

It is to increase your attack speed which will allow you to use your blood for blood ability more frequently. This also ups your damage output.
