Introduction to Alpha Top
Alpha WP is a hero that has been underestimated for too long. This hero can destroy even the most strongest of heroes such as glaive, black feather if played properly. One thing to note when using Alpha WP is that it's abilities are used to chase. This makes it good for securing kills. I will now explain in detail each ability and how to use it on Alpha
Prime directive Top
This ability is really good for securing kills. Its use on WP Alpha is to help close gaps between the enemy hero's carry. This however once used on the enemy hero's carry, will make you the target of the enemy. Therefore armour against the enemy hero should be bought. Also keep in mind the more tankier you are, the more you can survive. So keeping in mind that you will take a lot of damage, I suggest building armour early game. A note is to get sorrowblade on Alpha instead of breaking point first if you are taking too much damage at the start. This ability has a extremely far range if overdrived, and can help close gaps even after your infinite reboot. Lastly, whenever Alpha uses a core charge, you will notice that at the top Hand left side of the screen,it will show a number based on how many times you have landed a core charge. Max is three stacks. This stacks increases the damage done when using prime directive but restarts the lifesteal the core charges stacks therefore causing your life steal to decrease. Use it wisely or you will find yourself in a difficult situation
Core charge Top
This ability is the essential ability of your build. Over driving it makes you take less damage each time you use it. This ability causes you to dash towards a enemy in a short distance, dealing damage based on your WP. Additionally, each time you use this ability, this passive called core overload will stack, giving the hero lifesteal, and more damage when use prime directive. This lifesteal is key for staying alive during fights as it helps you survive even in thickest of fights. I personally feel this lifesteal paired with posion shiv can be very scary. It may not be a 1v3 kind of thing but 2 v 1 is likely possible that Alpha will be able to at least get a kill.
Termination protocol Top
If I'm correct, this ability allows you to gain movement speed when used. It also gives you a barrier that helps chase down enemies before exploding, doing not that much damage to the surrounding enemies but, still powerful if landed on all three enemies. When this happens, alpha reboots, which basically gives a second life if not killed during his reboot phase. Talking about this, let's move on to Alpha's passive, infinite reboot.
Infinite reboot Top
Infinite reboot either happens because one, you lost all your health, and therefore started the reboot or two, you activate your ultimate, termination protocol. This passive basically gives you a second life provided if they do not kill you while you are rebooting. When your health drops down to zero, instead of dying, Alpha reboots herself, during this period, she can be killed if her health reserve drops below zero, but if she we're to survive after rebooting, she will gain health based on how much health reserve she has left. This is basically having a second chance to confirm kills, get ace, and take kraken. Use it wisely and you should win this game
Having Ardan / healers are great with alpha. It keeps her alive.
Also, most importantly, lifesteal on alpha is what makes it powerful. Try to use infusion once sorrowblade breaking point and maybe an attack speed item has been bought . It work wonders with the lifesteal.
