Warning: Currently (1.13) Breaking Point
gives many bonuses per stack. Sadly with the new 1.14 update it will only give bonus weapon power and only if a certain amount of damage is dealt. This means it will only work if paired with another weapon item and since this build has none the breaking point will not be very effective. If you plan to use this build I'd recommend replacing shiversteal
for contraption
or Atlas
(although you can just keep the shiversteel
) also replace Breaking Point
with bonesaw
or more defense such as crucible
. ALSO in 1.14 Vanguard
gets a debuff to hopefully bring more roam heroes to the fold this means you should max your A not your B. I will change the actual guide to compensate for this but just wanted to leave a reminder.
Okay so this is my first build and I'm not the best but I found this works great. By getting the Breaking point
and Fountain
you can support your team while getting tons of damage. Use your gauntlet
you can trap someone so you can auto them multiple times then you can kill them and attack the rest of the team. Your Crucible
, Warhorn
, and Fountain
will give you tons of health (+1200 max health total +75 shield +30 armor +16 health regen all for 6650 which is not too hard when you have Stormguard--your starting item-- so in the end you get great buffs for a reasonable cost). If your team is doing poorly or the enemy is all of one type of damage (crystal power or weapon power) then choose the Aegis
, Atlas
, or Metal Jacket
(not included due to it not being the best for support only use if absolutely necessary). If your team is winning you can apply more pressure with the Shiversteel
and gain more health. With Shiver you can then trap and slow meaning more breaking point stack meaning more damage meaning more wining.
