Rona This build doesn't apply Mortal Wounds, so 1v1ing lifesteal heroes is next to impossible unless you are well-fed. Teamfights you'll be fine though.
10
Ylva A good Ylva will put her mine down to root you in place when diving. Since you have no armor whatsoever, you will die if you didn't pop Aegis beforehand.
10
Catherine She can shut you down with a simple stun. Watch out for that if you are not running Reflex Block.

Early Game Top

Since this build doesn't start off with Book of Eulogies, Miho is going to be even weaker early game than she already is. Make sure to use Shingetsu to poke whoever you are laning against, clipping minions along the way. If they're tagged 3 times, and a ranged carry, make sure to use Reizan to deal an excess amount of damage to force them back to turret or base, allowing you to safely farm.

6 mins in Top

Once you get Sorrowblade and Travel Boots, your threat level (even before you hit level 8) instantly goes up. You'll deal massive amounts of damage to squishier carries, and be much more formidable if you rotate to gank mid or set one up.

Level 8 Top

This is when Miho, if she has a decent early game, starts to really shine. You will get Breaking Point around the same time when you hit Level 8. Dash and dash back to deal tremendous amounts of damage. Don't be afraid to rotate and use Tsukuyomi to initiate 2v2s or 3v3s. If middle game teamfights are successful, you will start snowballing.

Your Ult Top

Miho only becomes amazing when she clips 3+ enemies with her Ult. Against a good captain, this is near impossible as they will focus on the visual cue Miho gives before ulting. Pay attention to when the enemy captain uses his Crucible, or, in order to hide the visual cue, try ulting while flanking or in a bush; often, the captain will be focused on something else and won't react in time. If they successfully block your first Tsukuyomi, chances are, they will the 2nd. Miho works well with people with influential ults, like San Feng or Ardan.

You aren't entirely useless if your Ult is down. In teamfights, use Shingetsu if you are in a safe spot, and the enemy is within distance, then Reizan onto them and out. It's certainly not as threatening as a full Tsukuyomi clip, but using Shingetsu in 1v1s and 2v2s is fine.

What to look for Top

Try not to trigger Unguarded if Reizan is up. If you were to land on 3 enemies, each with 3 stacks of Keen Eye, you would only get 1 reset on Reizan. However, if you must, go for a group of enemies to build Breaking Point stacks, then target isolated enemies so you can get another reset on Reizan. Getting 3 dashes in a teamfight is already extremely influential.
