Hi guys im iScruB(iCuP0XD in game)i am currently tier 9 in rank in the SEA region and i have been trying this build since VONC used it and honestlt its been growing on me why no one is using this character as a WP character.
Although he us supposed to be a mage,samuel has very high base weapon stats with 148 base basic attack damage(1 behind vox)an it is the reason why this build shine on him.Breaking point double tyrants build scales incredibly well with high base damage and samuel benefits from this greatly with high base damage stats.This character really shines when it comes to his sustain and consistency.Samuels perk corrupted genius causes samuel next basic attack to deal additional 50-160 crystal damage and restore 50-160 health and energy every 6 seconds.This is basically a tick from the foutain of renewal.This can save a lot of carries life.Futhermore samuel's drifting dark heals him regardless of having crystal or not,meaning his survivalbility would be eons above every sniper out there.Samuel also has high poke range,although not much damage in the weapon path,can secure crucial kills otherwise not gotten my any other snipers deal to the additional range.Samuel also has great area denial with oblivion,able to single out targets from teams and burst him/her down quickly is also somethimg this build excels at,especially with breaking point at high stats.
To add on,weapon samuel also has high consistency like any other snipers.His crystal counterpart,however,does not.Rather,his crystal path relies heavily on drifting dark or else his damage output would not be significant.If a team plays smartly around that,samuel will not be much of a threat and can be locked down easily.Weapon however does not gey crippled from these effects,hence his consistency would be increased and would be more viable into certain comps.
