Samuel is my favorite lane hero in all of Vainglory. With the right build and the right strategy and play style, he is extremely deadly with his high damage and long, quick range attacks. Like all builds some depends on who you play against, but the build I've created above is the one I would recommend to use as a base. It Works really really well and I personally always do well with Samuel and if I've got good teammates, I rarely lose.
