Beginners Koshka Guide Top
Welcome to the Ultimate Guide to
Koshka.
This is for people who have been considering or use the hero Koshka often.
For me i've been playing koshka for as long as i can remember and i've noticed that a lot of people build a
Shatterglass. I seriously don't recommend building a Shatterglass which is a Crystal Power item available for purchase in the shop. It's the most expensive crystal power item in the game and I seriously don't recommend anyone buying it. Koshka is mostly known for her early game power, considering how she has one of the top offenses in the game, you would want to build some quick CP ( Crystal Power) Items so you can do more damage early right?
That's why i recommend this build because even while Koshka becomes weaker as the time goes farther into the game, this build allows you to run away, do a fair amount of damage, and you can be a help to the team by building a
Fountain of Renewal which helps your team gain health in scary situations during the game. So if you're considering maining or using Koshka often i recommend you follow this build.
Early Game Top
When you start off the game with Koshka i recommend getting two
Crystal Bit it helps you get a lot of power early game and it also lets you engage a lot with enemy heros because if you use this build you will see that koshka actually does a lot of damage to heroes throughout the span of 1-15 minutes.
You should hide in your team's lane bush, the reason I say this is because if the enemies teams carry hero decides to come to close while he/she is killing lane minions, that allows Koshka to use her
Pouncy Fun to hop onto the enemy's carry and then you would use your
Twirly Death to do a lot of damage to enemies carry, possibly giving you a chance to kill them and granting you the
First Blood award.
Mid Game Top
For
Koshka I recommend getting a tiny bit of defense since Koshka is considered a hit & run hero. Depending on who does the most damage on the enemy heros team, it helps Koshka be more versatile around the map.
I recommend trying to put the most damage you can because you will notice later in the game koshka doesn't do as much damage as she did in the early game. I also recommend getting a
Metal Jacket and a
Fountain of Renewal. And i'll tell you why you should get that.
Koshka is surprisingly tanky for a hero who does so much damage. So building some defense every now and then is very good for koshka, it allows you to jump in the battle and do some damage and while you are absorbing that damage you are also doing enough damage so your team can finish off the work.
PS: Don't forget to throw in a little
Crystal Infusion to help you do more CP damage.
Late Game Top
For the late game Koshka I definitely recommend playing a bit passive. If you've read this far you'd know that Koshka is considered as a "Early Game" Hero.
You are going to have to now rely on your teammates to put in more effort than you are in late game. I recommend waiting until chaos starts then going for the other team's weakest heroes, if you notice that they are starting to run away when they are low health, I recommend using your Ultimate Skill
Yummy Catnip Frenzy to stop them from running away.
I also recommend stunning the enemies teams roamer when they are low health so they have no choice but to flee knowing they have no support during team fights. And if you have gained some experience with Koshka you won't die a lot during team fights because when Koska is fighting she's meant to put in a lot of damage and then flee from the enemy's.
This is where Koshka shines, while the other team relies on their roamer to supply them with healing, Koshka can heal her & her teammates during a hectic moment during a team fight.
Tips & Tricks for Koshka Top
Here's a few tips while playing Koska
* When playing Koshka you should always be aware of your surroundings and don't be scared to jump in a finish off a enemy, remember Koshka is a fast and deadly assassin so if the enemy is close to you and low health dive and get the kill! but make you know the possible outcomes when you do dive for a kill.
* Koshka is mainly and hero that is suppose to single out a hero and try to kill them, so if you're Koshka in game and a team fight emerges i recommend going for the enemy's weakest hero because the chances of you killing them is 75%
* Help your team! If you are using Koshka and you have a
Fountain of Renewal Use it when you get that feeling that your team is getting very low health because that could change the whole fight and possibly give your team a chance for a Ace.
* When playing Koshka you have to have quick reflexes and no i'm not talking about
Reflex Block or
Aegis but those are some of the things you have to think fast about, if you see yourself dying you should use your
Fountain of Renewal to make sure you don't die, because you should be able to use it for yourself sometimes because your team's Captain should have a
Fountain of Renewal to heal you, so your team basically has double the heals.
Reasons Why Koshka Is So Good In The 2.1 Update (Pros) Top
Koshka has been a household name in Vainglory but for a long time considering her strength and what she is capable of doing. I'm going to give you guys some quick reasons why Koshka is so good in Vainglories 2.1 Update.
*
Koshka has the ability to manipulate the enemy's teammates into thinking she's gonna kill one of their heros just to realize that she puts in quick damage and runs away. This is very good because now they enemy team doesn't know what to expect out of you therefore you can continue to catch them with surprises.
*
Koshka is also one of the fastest heroes in the game so there's not need to worry about an enemy hero out-running you in hectic situations. Koshka can also lure you into traps that could cause the enemy hero to die because of her tricky schemes.
*
Koshka is an easy hero to get used to judging off her abilities that aren't hard to master. You will notice your skills getting more impressive with Koshka the more you use her because you realize how much power she has and what she is capable of.
Reasons Why Koshka Is Counterable & Tips How To Avoid Them (Cons) Top
Even though Koshka is a very good, fast moving assassin she does have some weak spots and here i am gonna share to you guys some personal struggles with other heroes and ways to avoid these problems.
*Ringo can really hurt Koshka so i advise you to not chase ringo because if his roamer is protecting him and you are by yourself things could go
REALLY bad for you. I recommend just keeping your distance until Ringo is the only one alive then attack him and reflex block his
Hellfire Brew
*Rona is a very strong and tanky hero if she builds the right items, some struggles with fighting a Rona is that if you get too close to her she could possibly do a lot of damage the longer the fight last because of her build. I recommend stunning Rona and alerting your team to kill her as fast as possible.
*Gwen when is one of the highly feared heros because she's packs so much of a punch and her mobility is a lot to do deal with, If you see a gwen with low health just remember her
Skedaddle so when fighting a Gwen make sure you know what you are doing or things could go really bad.
* Catherine is a very scary roamer to go against when you are playing Koshka, one of those reasons is because of her
Merciless Pursuit which allows her to stun you if you get too close to her. Another scary thing about Catherine is her Ultimate Ability
Blast Tremor which allows her stun you from using your abilities for 2.5 seconds. I recommend avoiding her Ultimate Ability because it could allow the enemy team to do a lot of damage to you.
