Introduction to Skaarf... Top
Skaarf is a pretty decent monster in the early game, using my build he will be able to fend off and heal as much health as compared to damage. This build is also great to practice some countering strategies that can help you with other heroes. Skaarf's goop is extremely important with this strategy. Let's get started with a complete match guide!
Facing Your Halcyon Opponents! Top
Of course every game starts off in your base. The first thing you need to upgrade is your Spitfire. This will help clearing out minions on the lane. (I would recommend to always go lane with Skaarf) You also want a energy battery so you can gain coins to gain a journey boots. Many would say having journey boots in the first 5~10 mins. in the game is a horrible idea. But you need a journey boots to get behind turrets as fast as possible. Being overwhelmed in the lane is common. Safety is needed for you and your team. With Eve of Harvest you will be able to dish out a huge amount of damage in the early game and also getting health back. Some events may have you to go out and risk your life (If the team is stacking on each other)
Mid Battle Crisis! Top
When you hit around the 12 minute mark some heroes may have countered you. This is also dangerous towards Skaarf if they are crystal countering. But with the additional (and expensive) Broken Myth. It defeats the purpose of your opponents having a crystal defense. You will also have a dramatic increase of money because the amount of damage you do. But stay away from double Jungle minions... They do more damage then heroes. By the time... You should have AfterShock. With goop this can also slow the hero by a ton! Making your team able to target heroes easily!
Am I The End-Game Kraken? Top
After Successfully creating this build, you'll be asking yourself if Skaarf is a baby from the Kraken! Skaarf can dish out huge damage and soak in a ton of damage from heroes if you counter correctly. If there is a Krul, You need Atlas Pauldron and a Metal Jacket. This will slow Krul making him vulnerable do add health that he stole from you! If you face a Catherine you should get Aegis, which can block he stun while you're using Dragon Breath. Most of the time you will get the Ace so if you are having trouble or missing a lot it's okay! Practice makes perfect!
