 Joule Joule isn't the fastest of heroes. So, Petal can use hee Ult to slow her down, and use her basic attacks to finish her off. Try not to chase after Joule if she uses her A to escape. Petal can use her B in an attempt to catch up but Petal's minions cannot attack an enemy if they're too far away. If Petal's minions are too far away from Petal, they'll most likely get take damage from enemy heroes or turrets.

 Vox Vox's B can detect all of Petal's minions. He can use his A or basic attacks to finish off her minions easily. Try engaging with your Ult then using your B to find better positioning.

 Skye Skye can use her A to kill the Petal's minions. Since Petal's minions is her main source of damage, try avoiding Skye's A. If you really need to fight Skye, try attacking her from behind instead of the front. Furthermore, use Petal's B if Skye tries to escape by using her B or Ult. Only use your Ult if you need to catch up to her or if you need to finish her off.

When you're using Petal, your items should be items that can slow down enemies or increase her attack speed. If you want something different, try getting Shatterglass to deal burst damage. I discourage this because burst damage can be easily countered if enemies get Slumbering Husk.
