 Celeste Very easy to kill with Taka. Simply attack with your ult then kaiten over her stun. She is very fragile so you should be able to kill her before she can do anything else.

 Taka Taka vs Taka. Try to kaiten over X-retsu, that will give you more damage output. I put it at easy because I believe in you.

 Adagio He can easily give you arcane fire since you're melee. However, his ult is easily dodged by useing kaiten over adagio when he is channeling it.

 Krul Quite easy to take care of. Just don't let him on you. Something Taka is very good at. Also try to kaiten over dead mans rush and you're good.

 Reim Same as Krul, don't let him on you.

 Baron Quite easy to beat. He's mostly long range so if you get onto him he's basically dead. You can also kaiten over his ult.

 Samuel Not to hard to beat. Don't attack while he's using drifting dark. When you do attack, kaiten behind him when he's about to use his A.

 Joule Her jump will do a lot of damage if she hits it. But you can also kaiten over her during her ult and attack her while she is using it.

 Lance He can reveal you with gythian wall but not much else. You can use aftershock to slowly chip away his health. Also kaiten over his impale if you can.

 Kestrel Cp is easily countered since she has no escape and you can easily strafe her glimmershots. Wp players can however turn invisible and then hit you immediately, stunning and killing you.

 SAW This one really depends. If you catch him without spin just assasinate him with your ult and a and he's basically dead. But if you attack him with full spin he will just stand there and shoot you till you die.

 Glaive Pretty frustrating to deal with. Has a lot of health so you can't kill him quick. A good glaive will afterburn into you while in box and kill you. Try to move around in weird directions while in box to shake him off you.

 Alpha Not to hard to deal with but will always get to reboot unless you have a damage dealer with you. Your burst damage will not be enough to destroy alpha's reboot health.

 Phinn His B will reveal you in box so his teammates can kill you. You can easily kaiten over his a however. The aftershock will melt down his health.

 Fortress His wolves can track you down in box but not much other special interactions.

 Lyra Another high threat. Her B will disabl your A and ult leaving you with not much damage other then stormcrown. It will also reveal you. Try to get her to use her B then attack her.

 Flicker A high threat. Taka requires running and getting back into the fight after. But with her slowing abilities you won't be able to. She can also be invisible in a bush with you and you have no way of revealing her.

 Petal A large threat of Taka. Her munions will follow you while in box so you can't escape. Don't try to run, it won't work unless you have a protector helping you.

Heroic Perk



House Kamuha
Every 5 seconds, Taka's next basic attack is replaced with a Mortal Strike. Mortal Strikes deal 40 (+30% weapon ratio) bonus damage and grant Taka a burst of move speed. Whenever Taka Mortal Strikes or uses an ability, he gains a stack of Ki, which speeds up his Mortal Strike timer by 0.9 secs and grants 20% cooldown speed. (5 Ki stacks max.) Ki stacks last 12 seconds before they are reset.

Abilities



Kaiten
Taka flips over his target, cutting it with his switchblade. Taka is invulnerable to damage & debuffs while in mid-air.

Kaku
Taka throws a smoke bomb at his feet, vanishing from enemy sight and gaining move speed. This illusion ends early if he strikes a target or he takes direct damage. Turrets and Flare Guns can still see Taka. This ability heals Taka while he is invisible.

X-Retsu
Taka bursts through his target, carving an X with his switchblades for lethal damage. The target suffers a mortal wound, reducing its healing by 50% and taking damage per second over the next 3 seconds. The wound's duration is refreshed whenever Taka mortal strikes this target. Grants bonus Ki stacks upon use based on number of ability points in X-Retsu.

Items Top

Stormcrown


Very helpful to Taka. It has many things Taka needs. True damage for more efficient farming. Lower cooldown speeds for more abilities which equals more damage. Health because the longer you survive, better chance you have of having box ready to live.

Aftershock


This item isn't useful if you don't use it. Always use your ult, then basic attack, then A, then basic attack. This will help you get out your highest damage output. Also has cooldown speed which is helpful to Taka.

Broken Myth


Since with this build, running and getting back into the battle, you'll build up stacks quite often. Also because I feel Broken Myth is just a good item in general.

Shatterglass


Simple, damage. More damage the better. It is a Burst build isn't it? If you are taking to much damage you can replace this with another defensive item.

Aegis


Your defensive item. Of course it dosen't have to be aegis. If the enemy is double Wp you should definitely go metal jacket. Or just but defense for whatever seems to be killing you.

Halcyon Chargers


Nice boots to go faster. Also, once again has that cooldown speed. The energy can be helpful. Taka dosent have much energy but has very fast energy regeneration with this build.

Pros and Cons Top

Pros

    Lots of burst damage
    Can get in and out of the fight quickly with Kaku
    Can dodge some ults with Kaiten
    Can surprise enemies in lane by quickly attacking with X-retry
    Can kill an enemy in the turrents then get out quickly with House Kahuma
    Can chip away tanks with Aftershock

Cons

    Can't do much after all abilities are on cooldown
    Can be revealed in Kaku by a lot of abilities
    Has many hard counters
    Snares leave him with almost no damage
    Slow farm times until you get Stormcrown

Strategy Top

Always try to pick off enemy heroes by themselves. If you are in a 1v1 and both of you are at low health, box, then reappear when your abilities are back up and sneak attack him. Of course, if you are losing try to box and run. Try to go in weird directions in your box. Not just straight forward or they'll just chase you down and kill you. During a teamfight always attack the most fragile target first. When the damage dealers are gone stay on the tanky hero with your heroic perk and slowly chip them down with your aftershock.
