Joule Melee=target practice, avoid getting hit by ultimate, i assume a 2-3 hit will be deteimental to krul's little health.
3
SAW Your weakness stacks- his inability to run and your glue abilities make him easy prey for the most part. Walk up to his face a maul it off, just because he's an easy kill dosen't mean you can take out someone else as he uses his ultimate on you.
4
Adagio Get him!!!
4
Ringo Get him!!!

Krul Well well well... As long as they're not copy cats you can assume that most players have trouble playing krul and won't be as good, but anyways, watch for his health barriers to dissapear before popping your own and SS. Only problem is if his stacks take away your crystal power.
5
Petal If she catches you when you're off gaurd and kites at long range, and your FHH eltimate is on cooldown. Same goes for other ranged, as long as you get face to face with them once you're good
5
Glaive Only putting him here because of his stun and potential deadly crystal assasin build.

  No Threat
7
Catherine She won't be able to kill you but if she has a burst budy while you're stunned you're dead. We'll as dead as an undead, reviving every 10 second hero can be. You'll beat her 1v1 though easy.
7
Taka Assasins catch you off gaurd in the shadows, don't let that happen and you're good. In order to win you have to be the one doing the surprise. This goes for koshka as well. Her ultimate reduces healing which isn't too friendly to krul.
7
Koshka Same as Taka. Her ultimate has deadly damage and stun so i would even put her above taka in a 1v2 battle.

This simphlifies the play style of krul, takes out numerous active abilities, and removes the need to really watch your opponents builds too much. Please please comment i need feedback.

This build offers high damage in bursts similar to koshka's along with steady consistent damage.
I went for the clockwork^2 and aftershock to shorten the DMR cooldown to 4.4 seconds, meaning this ability is spammable- for high damage-continuous shortening of distance and frostburn slowdown-aftershock basic-extra stack of weakness- and 3 kraken strike health barrier for two seconds. So as long as you have a target to launch at, your enemies will have only 2.4 second to burst you down. I assume that many will try to avoid krul because of his 1v1 skill instilling fear, causong many to want to run, meaning less inclination to burst in those short time frames. Alternating current helps stack weakness along with providing a simple means of consistent damage.

The crucible is an attempt to reduce burst effectivness.

The only flaw i can see is being in a 1v2 with stunning heroes and high dps.
When the build is finished i can lesiurely take kraken in 15 seconds roungly with no health missing at the end- plus not paying attention to the cooldown of aftershock. So an average attentive, energetic player will take down kracken in 13-14 seconds. BTW i tested this so the numbers are right.

Attack plan:
Use shadows or not it's up to you and the situation.
With Shadows empower me, run up and auto attack the target, be ready to use DMR to reapply a slow.
If just running by an enemy, you can either use FHH or DMR as openers depending on the opponent and gap between you two. You might be able to use both: use FHH first on mid-far enemy run up while taping DMR until you're on top of em.
Time your DMR's and SS so they occur after aftershock's cooldown, not that much of a job.
If the enemy starts running you can keep up with DMR over and over with frostburn slow.

PROS: less kiteability, high health barrier 50% of the time, large amounts of health return from SS, very effective if allies are going weapon because you'll have a lot of dps and confuse the enemy on getting armor or shield. (Say everyone on the opposing team gets an aegis while your team is going weapon- great! Sacrifice a little of your damge for the betterment of your team) Can't be taken down easily in team battles unless targeted. Lots of slows and dps. Enemies must be on their toes, to recognize and plan around your flashing health barriers which can be tricky. Your DMR can work just like a reflex block near an enemy minion if you see a flame brew belch or whatever coming. You also have one normal reflex blox for however you need it. Super quick kraken killer. Unending supply of crystal energy.

CONS: kinda expensive, if opponents have stun and you're alone you'll be without any survivability besides prayers to hades, still kiteable if FHH is on cooldown(though it's only 28sec),
if opponents get shield you'll be weaker but still have reasonably high damage, though the main reason you have crystal is to keep you alive and baricaded by extra health bars, so it's only half bad. You must be quick to react to surprises otherwise you'll be literally dead meat. Krul is still squishy in his simplest terms, only you have the power to keep him alive. He can't run away, well unless he can thrown his sword back and DMR a minion up ahead at the same time. So don't try running, instead try to play as efficiently as possible where you are (mostly if in the jungle. it's a safe bet to throw your sword back while running to an ally turret).

NOTE: maybe crucible can be replace with aegis because it reduces burst damge agaist you, gives a tiny bit of health, and has reflex block as well. So that can be the one situational item.
Also after getting blazing salvo- don't touch it- i think alternating current will be your most expensive and least helpful tool for ganks.
On the other hand, your cooldown reducers should always be upgraded since they are cheep and the focus of your mid-late game potential.
Frostburn will come very much in handy but is by no means a requirement if the enemy is all melee or slow- (for example a glaive, krul, and SAW team).

Ok so what do you all think? What do you think would destroy this build or improve it? And yes I quess you could get tornado trigger instead of alternating current.
