Swift Shooter to build up to blazing salvo. Sometimes
Spectral Smite is not powerful enough so I get crystal powerups.
Hourglass is to get the
Dead Man's Rush faster because it is helpful during a chase. Stormgaurd Contract is just a build-up to Warhorn. Warhorn is needed because you can use it to rush to help or gank laners. It also helps getting other items.
Blazing Salvo is used to stack up against enemies quicker to the advantage of
Spectral Smite. After my recommended items have been obtained, use any other item you want for the final item slot.
Breaking Point helps your attack speed like
Tornado Trigger but helps life steal.
Sorrowblade is if you want Weapon Power = more life steal.
Aftershock helps energy regeneration and crystal power.
Frostburn is if you want chases. Also
Journey Boots is good for chases but retreating as well.
From Hell's Heart is my first move when I gank. It stuns enemies, enabling me to
Dead Man's Rush at them and stack up for
Spectral Smite for (maybe) the final blow. Stick around the cross between jungle and lane for surprise ganks or if your teammates want you somewhere. If my teammates are being ganged up on, I use Warhorn to rush to their aid.
