This is my personal build.
i don't worry too much about protection if you use dead mans rush efficiently.

As usual and like everybody I use deadsman rush then spectral smith,
I don't use from hells heart the same way for every opponents if it's a weak and fast one I'll start the attack with it, but it it's a slow but heavy tank I'll try to use it after if ever he tries to hug his tower.

I play with the flow and no games are the same therefore it's a little hard to describe the way to play him.

I go lane to help every time jungles camp are cleared out once I got the dreads man heart.
