CP Phinn is a Effective Laner if you practice caution early game. Because of your high cool down on your ability's you wanna practice Fighting in a semi retreat fashion. Quibble retreat quibble,if there is 2 or more of them use polite company to protect you while you engage and retreat. Always try to split up the enemy and quibble as many as possible. buying time for your Ally's to make quick work of their target without interference by the enemy.
