I dont feel like explaining everything.

So in my opinion the order to get the tier 3 items is

Frostburn-so you can poke enemies without having the fear of them catching you easily

Broken myth/Eve of harvest-it depends on whether the enemy team is build shield at the moment, if they are then BM if they arent then eve

Boots-also depends on situation which to get

Tier 3 defense item-it depends on which carry is hitting harder (boots are prioritized less than defense if you are failing to survive)

Get the cp item you didnt get in the second step

final item-totally situational, if you need it get 2nd defense item, or power your abilities up even further with another cp item.
