 Ozo Never fought him as joule so I don't have any tips for you. I guess just be careful not to get caught in hi ult.

 Petal Potato

 Adagio This guy is only good with allies. If to much of a problem in team fights then take him out first.

 Ardan His ult is not to dangerous but can keep you from escaping if you don't have reflex block.

 Fortress Not much of a threat. His ult is for reconnaissance most of the time but while activated he can do some real damage.

 Phinn If he gets a shatterglass, his A will do massive damage. Get boots early so you can dodge his A better.

 Catherine Her stun will end your ultimate. Because your a weapon Joule your strength come from landing basic attacks and thunder strikes so ending your ultimate is not that big a deal.

 Glaive Afterburn is the real problem. Near late game he can put some serious hurt on you.

 Reim More of a nuisance than a threat. His ult does some considerable damage though so watch out.

 SAW Get an atlas instead of MJ. Once you get that he is dead meat.

 Vox He has high singular damage output but shouldn't be a problem in a 1v1 unless he is really good.

 Taka Joule makes escape hard for him be cause of the area of effect damage she deals. If your weakened he might be able to burst you down.

 Joule Not to bad to fight. If CP fueled then stay out of the way of her ultimate.

 Blackfeather If fed he is a pain. He is harmless if he is starved though.

 Koshka She's fast so landing abilities will be tough. Build aegis if she does to much damage.

 Kestrel With the balancing changes she no longer kills you in one hit.

 Rona Her ult is dangerous but if you can avoid that then your good. She can still hurt without landing the ult though mind you.

 Skye A lot more mobile than you so she can avoid thunder strike.

 Skaarf Can lay down some serious damage and can keep up with you if he uses goop to slow you down.

 Krul Because of the BP nerf, Krul is a lot less dangerous. Don't let him stick to you and if you're stunned leap away.

 Ringo If his ult is fueled with cp then watch out. Also he is the best hero for stutter stepping so he can runaway and shoot you.

 Celeste As you know, Joule's hero perk doesn't block ability power so Celeste will do massive damage to you.

Hero Perk Top

Heavy Plating - Joules perk gives her a significant boost to her armor rating. Starting at 55 it will go all the way up to 150 at level 12. Combine this perk with metal jacket and you will take little to no damage at all. (Switch MJ for Aegis if taking to much damage from abilities.)

Slot A Top

Rocket Leap - Rocket Leap can be your initiator in a fight but thats up to you. I personally use in later in a fight when want to get in a better vantage point for Big Red Button. I mostly use Rocket Leap for tactical purposes like separating a group or escaping over walls. Its also good for initiating fights and stopping ultimates.

Slot B Top

Thunder Strike - Next to basic attacks the is a large portion of your power. Because weapon power gives it a 175% increase in power. It also has a 10% armor pierce. Rushing this ability is key to success because it allows you to use Thunder Strike every other second.

Slot C Top

Big Red Button - This is not your primary source of power but is a good finisher or last resort.
