Actually, Lyra comes in 2nd in range at 7.1 metres. Her Ultimate gives her a passive 0.5 increased attack range. I am not joking, though it is not well known, it is actually true. You can enter Vainglory, select Lyra, press her Ultimate and scroll down. It is all written there.
