 Skaarf Lots of damage, very little health, use A/B sbilites to shatter him down during teamfights first

 Catherine Most mainly support at can't hurt you too much, with aftershock, you can absolutely destroy, beware their allies though, they are distraction

 SAW Lots of damage, scares easy, burst him doem, then jump back away

 Fortress As a support, not so bad, still be care, as a weapon/crystal can be deadly

 Phinn Lots of health, does quite a bit of damage, usually pairs with another WP/CP carry, dangerous

 Krul Krul shatters you late game, if he focuses someone else, you can easily burst him down, but on you, he destroys

 Glaive Deadly, can't fight very well alone, can't fight very well in team battles, leave him be until he gets ~50% health, then you should be okay

Basics/Reasoning Top

Why this build: This is the build I use every time I go CP Alpha, in both Ranked and Casual this build works wonders. It has enough lifesteal to keep you alive, plus when you use your B ability, it also gives you the extra 15% health damage from aftershock.

Basics of this build/Alpha in general: Alpha is incredibly weak early game in 1v1s. She is extremely squishy in the jungle, and almost NEEDS a Roam Utility to back her up, if solo in the jungle, make sure to be careful, buy tons of Potions in order to make up for the damage, Book of Eulolgies can be a great help early on in this case.
