Rona's armor/shield runs from 20-86 and health 799-1789. Weapon is 88-156 with a range of 1.8 and attack speed goes up to 113%. She's not the tankiest hero, but not the squishiest either. However I wasn't comfortable with WP builds - with her 'perk' of faster attack speed but lower damage, by the time I had enough item loadout to generate decent damage I was still a bit squishy and wasn't really maximizing her abilities. Her skills are almost as good at "crowd control" as Celeste's.
BUT... as a Crystal Power ninja, she's a different beast.
Alternate titles I considered for this build were NinjaRona, Airborne-PitA, and Hallelujah-It's-Raining-Amazons.
This is not a "Let's go toe-to-toe with the enemy!" build. However as long as your teammates are somewhat competent it is an absolute BLAST to play.
I tested out several different CP loadouts. I tried the Broken Myth, I tried the Eve of Harvest, Alternating Current, etc. but in the end the most fun I had was with this specific loadout. Granted, it's expensive... I haven't played a live match yet where I was able to finish the last two items (Frostburn & Shatterglass). But that didn't stop us from winning or keep me from being an absolute pain in the tush for the enemy.
So getting to the point - this build is all about mobility and harassment. It's jungle guerilla warfare. Her first ability, Into the Fray, is your bread and butter - max it ASAP. The total cooldown from your Aftershock and Clockworks make it so you can jump in AND jump out of most skirmishes and you're not telegraphing your jumps like Joule. This combined with the slow effect, and your boots will keep you alive. The massive energy recharge from the items goes into generating Bloodrage fast enough that you needn't worry too much about popping the second-half of your Foesplitter ability.
How I use this is primarily in a support assassin role - jumping out into the midst of enemies and popping Red Mist (Whirlwind) or Foesplitter depending on how much support I have and how many enemies there are. The whirlwind attack does pretty decent damage once you've picked up a couple crystal shards on the way to Frostburn.
Watch your Aftershock proc - there's a fast cooldown that you can use to time the tempo of your specials: jump in, allow a basic attack (Aftershock!), wait a sec, first half of Foesplitter, basic attack (Aftershock!), wait a sec, second-half of Foesplitter, basic attack (Aftershock!), wait a sec, jump to new location and repeat.
Warning - this build will aggravate your enemies so much they're likely to make you the Prime Target, which you can use to your advantage because they'll be so busy chasing you they'll forget about the real DPS on your team.
