Why u should do this. Top

100% critical chance is good for taka cause taka does a lot of damage and with the crit chance he do 300+ dmg on enemy heroes and much more dmg on turrets and the crystal.Recommend if fighting against enemies that have low health. Expect loads of kills from this build.
