Joul if you are good on aiming.

Style of playing -

Early game - Hardcore farming in jungle once 4mins get ur items, run to lane and kick some ***
mid game - you are easily get gold mine and kill more enemy
end game - your items is much enough to chase your enemy, always remember if you have enough gold go get INFUSION!!!!!

Joul is one of my favorite hero in VG, easy kill enemy and love the stun so much especially there's soft hero on lane.
