Slow but tanky Mage, Reim is capable of dealing large chains of damage by keeping allies close by for support, while keeping enemies closer.
Reim's A which procs Frostburn allows you to move closer while slowly building BM stacks. Once you have the enemy in your hand, make sure to chill them before ya root. Once you've finished rooting, make sure to stay on them and make use of your Foritified Health as you can root enemies you keep within you reach over and over until they explode when you drop your ultimate.
Catching unexpecting victim who aren't protected is also effective, however mobile heroes are your biggest enemy as they will always run before you can get your hands on them and root.
Just make sure to always root targets as this is your unique strength, never waste an opportunity to root.
