I would have an eve of harvest instead of frostburn.. Lifesteal, energy and more CP.
I could see that. Maybe early game but that's why have the clockwork, you will rarely run out of energy with the clockwork. Plus the frostburn gives more CP. The real bonus is the lifesteal which would be nice to have for lane sustain mid game. Definitely and option :)
