Btw, I wanted to say to get stormguard banner after clockwork and fountain, since clockwork have more Cooldown reduction. And it's not really quite late since clockwork and fountain are considered quite cheap.

Well as I said- I'm not THAT good at Catherine... But after reading your comment im changing it. XD

I like the fountain-warhorn-clockwork combination, but I feel as if this build isn't getting the most out of Catherine. Frostburn is useless with her skill one, because the stun lasts longer than the frost duration. It's also not viable with her second skill and ult, because her second skill is useless (in terms of doing damage) in a chase, so it would only slow people down in a teamfight, and her ult is generally used in the beginning of teamfights. Unless the enemy team tries to run away as soon as they are hit by her ult (which means they're scared, meaning you've probably already won, and even then, you have warnhorn, so there's no need to slow), its useless again, unless they're a team of full melee and you're a team of full range. Additionally, I feel like Crucible is a situational item for Catherine. Unless you're dealing with enemies that have large, area of effect ultimates in which you need to protect the whole team, a reflex should suffice. Also, you build void battery before heavy prism, but a smart catherine (who does use her first ability on jungle creeps) can conserve mana enough to get heavy prism and get a boost to her abilities. But to only need the prism, you need stormgaurd banner (which you'd have to build anyway), a very useful jungling item, but useful anywhere. You build it too late in this, and it means you're not jungling as well as you could.

Anyway, just my two cents. I'll try it out, and see what happens.
