Abilities Top
Please Note That I M not following the actual text semc use to describe his abilities, if it is the same then it might be a coincidence
if ringo kills a unit, his next basic attack will guarantee a critical strike
This passive makes ur laning phrase easier because of the guaranteed critical strikes, u can also use the critical strikes to trade as well! U can combo ur critical strike with a tension bow to deal some unexpected burst damage!
Slows The Selected Target for 2 seconds and deals damage scaling with cp
This ability is an energy drainer so I don't recommend using this ability often, use for chasing onlu
Ringo Gains Attack Speed and Movement speed that scales with the level of the ability for 6 seconds, bonus ability power damage if ap is built
This is the bread and butter of ringo's kit, this is the
ONLY mobility u have in ur kit so in certain situation u need to use it wisely, in teamfights use twirling silver to stack breaking point, and this ability is the reason why I don't really build much attack speed on ringo
Ringo Channels For 2 seconds, spitting out a fireball which will guarantee hit the targeted enemy and nearby enemies will be hit with the initial impact too, for 5 seconds, it will deal burn damage to the targeted enemy and nearby enemies will be affected too
This can be your finisher and ur initiated move
I high recommend using it as an initiater it will force the target to use his own reflex block to "cleanse" the burn effect which makes ur enemy vurnable to ur other allies, use as a finisher if ur team comp is a poke comp
Basics Of Ringo Top
These Are The basics that u need to learn if u if u wan pick him up and main him
Farming :Ringo is Heavily Item Reliant, So Farming is crucle to get to ur power spike as early as possible
Kitting : U Need To Get Those Divers Out ur ***, kitting can let u deal damage to someone else without letting them damage you, and u can build breaking point stacks without any risk
Building the Right items in different situations : view the Item Choices Section
Team fights Top
So In Teamfights There Are Two Things You Can Do As Ringo
Sit Back and Hit Whoever U Can Hit Without Getting Harmed: This Tactic Is My Preferred Choice as I can stack breaking point stacks that can change a teamfight entirely
Flank From Behind and kill The Enemy Carry : You need to go for a more burst build to pull this off, but u r not guaranteed to get out free of charge, you might die in the process and sometimes not even getting a kill for dying, this play style is best played when u r ahead and u when for a burst build ( check the item choices section for more details )
Item Choices Top
Here I will explain every item that suits ringo and why
[Icon:tension bow size=50] Tension bow acts like an early game damage amplifier for the early game, late game u can sell this item for a tyrant's monocle. Abuse this item as much as u can in the early game by trading with a tension bow burst and ur passive, the enemy aunt gonna expect that much damage coming out from an early game ringo!
this is ur first item power spike combo-ing tension bow's burst u deal immense damage that might shock the any carry!
Breaking Point's base stats might be bad but the passive is what really makes it shine, at 20 stacks that's 200 extra wp which is a lot we are talking about a sorrowblade, a six sins and a weapon blade and 5 extra wp, but u can get this only if u can stack, if u cannot stack any breaking point stacks before dying try these alternates
this is one of the alternates for breaking point, this item can be bought if u wanna go a burst build and u will know why later
another good alternate for breaking point, this item provides more sustain instead of burst. This item is highly recommended to build against heroes with a lot of sustain and lifesteal like
Ozo and
blackfeather
This item has fallen out of the meta as of this time (spring 2017) but u can definitely pick it up if ur team comp is full wp and the enemies are stacking armor, this is the least viable alternate as of now but u can definite pick it up in certain situations
This is your second item power spike, ur damage output is at an all time high after purchasing this item, u wanna replace tension bow with this item because tension bow isn't all that good late game for ringo
You can't skip out of this defense item, unless u wanna go full wp glasscannon which I would not recommend, the reflex block is too precious to loss as ringo has no escape abilities
this is basically a defense if wp carries/junglers can touch u, otherwise u can skip this and buy another tyrant's monocule
why journey boots? Journey boots let u kit easily too if ur Twirling Silver Is on cool down since the cd of the boots lowers down to 12 seconds if the users hits an enemy hero
This is an alternate for journey boots, this boots'active lets u run faster than Journey Boots but doesn't let u kit often
I have done the explanation, now u do the choices
Why is Ringo Hard To Master Despite Ez To play Top
Ringo Has a lot of microplay u need to learn like shatterstepping, knowing when to trade and when not to, knowing ur limits in teamfights and the list goes on, and some macroplay too like when to harass turret, when to just rush down the turret, when to rotate down and help the jungler in small fights, and so on
Conclusion, Practice is Key
