 Phinn Yet he's got tons of CC, Phinn is just that: CC. He is slow so he has a lot of kiting potential, and that's one of the advantages of this build: it's very easy to cancel AA animations with Skye. Just avoid his Quibble (A) and you will be fine.

 Reim Relies too much on skillshots, he won't land his Winter Spire unless you get stunned.

 Krul Same case as Phinn, it's very easy to kite him. Just land your Death from Above so you stun him and let the madness begin.

 Celeste If you keep moving in a teamfight, she won't be able to root you as his B has a big casting time, so she won't hit you with her ultimate.

 Rona It's very easy to dodge her abillities, and yet another slow hero.

 Adagio Well, the heal may be disturbing if he babysits in laning phase, but he will find it difficult to kite you if you Target Lock him.

 Skaarf Just dodge his B and you will be OK as he is a very squishy hero.

 Glaive Glaive can push you into his team with Afterburn; in that case, Target Lock him and use your Suri Strike to get out.

 Joule Relies too much in skillshots, and that's what you can easily dodge.

 Ringo Against WP Ringo, it's a difficult matchup because of his range; against a CP Ringo, just get Reflex Block. 'Nuff said.

 Skye A mirror lane is not common, but whatever. If she's building CP, just build WP, as you can run out of energy but still do a shit ton of damage with your AA. If WP vs WP, it depends on the abilities of both players.

 Fortress The wolves are deadly; just build WP so you can kill 'em faster.

 Vox He can dodge Forward Barrage with his Sonic Zoom. If he builds WP, DON'T 1v1 him. If CP, try to stay away from his Resonance in a teamfight.

 Lance I haven't played against many Lance yet, so I won't say anything for the moment.

 SAW Too much attack speed.

 Alpha Yet you may dodge her ultimate with boots, she's got a great gapcloser on her A, combined with her passive it's a perfect dive-machine.

 Ardan Just get Reflex Block to counter his ultimate and you'll be OK.

 Catherine Beast CC, very tanky and THAT SHIELD. Build WP so she won't counter you with her Blast Tremor, and don't autoattack her when she's got her shield up.

 Blackfeather 2 gapclosers and a slow. We're screwed.

 Taka A dive beast, too much damage (specially on CP Taka), mobility and a heal that also makes him invisible. Ward with Scout Traps, Target Lock him and use your Suri Strike to outplay him. Trust me, you'll feel like a pro :D. And overall, BUY CRUCIBLE.

Item Explanation - WP Top

WP
Basically what you get with this build is a **** ton of basic damage. It's focused on large numbers because I don't think Skye is meant to be a mobile SAW, which zillions of AA per second; you get attack speed mainly with kiting, and that's why the Breaking Point is here. If they have a Phinn or a Krul, just kite them to death and this marvelous item will do the rest.
If anybody on your team has already bought Crucible,get an Aegis instead, it still brings you a Reflex Block with less CD.
BTW, the only items that cannot be skipped here are the Sorrowblade (obviously)and the Tornado Trigger; if you are going for attack speed (I would only recommend if they have tanks or heroes with a huge heal like Krul or CP Taka)don't buy Tyrant's or Tension Bow, because you will have a lot of DPS so that makes critical strike not necessary.

We got our A and C nerfed on this patch, so I'll have to try CP Skye when update will come out.
