How to use this badass class Top

Ok if you are playing this beast in lane and you have 1 or 2 strong opponents like saw etc etc u what to play aggressively when killing minions shoot fire ball towards him and run away then drop some tar on that guys new shoes and light it up ..... Blaaaaaa .....blaaaaa...... ARRRRRR SO BORED OK OK OK ... YOU DO THE REST I DONT CARE ANOTH TO DO THIS POOP
