Ringo will be very strong but very squishy meaning he can die easily. Dont rush in team fights with this build and know when to fight and when not to fight. Avoid heroes such as catherine who can stun. As for armor you may get it anytime depending on the enemy heroes. Get wp armor if the main damage dealer in the other team is wp and vice versa.
