for the CP build, I would recommend changing the Alternating Current for a Clockwork. Her passive gives her the attack speed she needs, and she needs energy for her mist to be effective. Just a suggestion, and I really like these builds, will test the CP build more later today. =D

Pls put in reasons for why certain characters are threats, other than that, the build has 5 stars in my opinion =D

I don't think Skye is a lv10 threat for Kestrel. Kestrel's basic attack and ability outranges Skye.

It's because of the way Skye hops around the field, making it hard to hit her. Then if she sees you sniping from the back she can use her ult, and the enemy team will gank you
